Kathmandu, Nov. 24- The CPN (UML) is in the first position by receiving 308,833 votes as per the latest result of the vote counting towards proportional election in the next Constituent Assembly (CA) election.
According to the Election Commission, the Nepali Congress has received 296,151 votes and is in second position.Similarly, the UCPN (Maoist) is in third position getting 185,353 votes.
The Rastriya Prajatantra Party Nepal (RPP-N), Madhesi Janadhikar Forum Nepal (Democratic), Sanghiya Samajbadi Party Nepal, Rastriya Janamorcha, CPN (ML) and CPN (United) has received 102,120 votes, 34,901 votes, 22,338 votes, 17,010 votes, 16,032 votes, 15,566 votes and 10,367 votes respectively, according to the EC.
A total of 122 political parties participating in the election have received votes towards the proportional election.
