January 5: Two people have died due to shivering cold in the Rautahat district on Friday.
Ayodhee Raya Yadav ,75, of Rajdevi Municipality-7, Madbalawa and Nek Mahammad Ali, 55, a labor of brick factory based in Gadhimai Municipality-1, Samanpur. were deceased due to bitting cold which increase by quiet a bit over last 2-3 days. Ali originally hails from Ram Ban, Sarlahi.
With this, the death toll due to cold has reached three in Rautahat district.
Earlier, Maharjan Thakur Hajam of Gadhimai Municipality-4, Sundarpur lost his life to harsh cold last week.
