Baglung, Nov. 26- The Nepali Congress, which won the Constituent Assembly election towards the first-past-the-post system in all the three constituencies in Baglung district, is also in the first position towards the proportional election system.
The NC bagged 33,481 votes under the proportional election system as per the vote counting concluded on Monday, according to the District Election Office.
Similarly, the CPN (UML) has obtained 19,091 votes and the UCPN (Maoist) 18,226 votes, said District Returning Officer, Tolraj Upadhyay.
Likewise, the Rastriya Janamorcha has got 15,386 votes. A total of 117 political parties have received votes in the district .
