Gulmi, Nov. 25- The CPN-UML which has won only one seat in the direct election (FPTP) among three constituencies, has been the first party in proportional representation (PR).
CPN-UML has received 44,533 votes in three constituencies in the counting that concluded on Sunday. In second position is Nepali Congress which received 40,163 PR votes. Nepali Congress has won two seats in direct election, whereas UCPN-Maoist has received 14,533 votes in PR and is in third position.
