Kanchanpur, Nov. 26- The temporary police persons appointed for the November 19 Constituent Assembly elections are returning home after completion of their job responsibilities.
The temporary personnel in Kanchanpur have already returned while those in Darchula are preparing for the same, according to District Police Office, Kanchanpur.
The office has already paid the remuneration to the temporary police personnel, SP Rajendra Prasad Chaudhary said.
A total of Rs. 17.724 million was spent for the temporary police personnel in Kanchanpur. Every temporary police person received a remuneration of Rs. 28,000 for the 18 months of work.
The government had appointed the temporary police personnel from October 18 to November 30 for additional security during the CA elections.
